Kidman Way
This bitumen route is also the shortcut from Victoria, through the heart of western NSW, up to Central Qld where it meets the Matilda Highway at Cunnamulla
Perth to Coral Bay
This highway based trek note follows Route No. One up the WA coast to the tourist Mecca of Coral Bay.
Watagan Mountains
Only 100km North of Sydney on the edge of the Great Divide, behind the Central Coast lies the rainforest gullies of the mountains. Accessible by 2WD unless raining, this area is quite popular with excellent campsites, walking trails and lookouts.
West MacDonnell Ranges
The West MacDonnell Ranges in the heart of Australia's red centre stretch for 400km from east-west as a series of parallel ranges. Within the ranges are magnificent gaps and gorges, dramatic scenery, great bush camping and walks.
