SA Clubs

We cater for all 4WD makes, which gives visitors and members an opportunity to compare the different types of vehicles and their abilities. Club meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month (except January) at 7.30 pm at the Holden Hill Community Centre. Visitors are welcome to the meetings and to participate in trips.

4wheelingOZ is a free webzine put together by 4WDers for 4WDers. It is available to read or download from www.4wheelingoz.com 4 times per year. The mag is released on the first day of each season. All of the articles are by 4WDers in their own words.

Adelaide Jeep Club. The club is a non-profit organization and its main aim is to bring together owners of a Jeep 4WD to experience the challenges of 4 wheel driving in a safe manner and to provide regular social outings.

The club was formed in 1988 and is located on Lower Eyre Peninsula S.A. The club has in it’s area two large National Parks being Lincoln National Park and Coffin Bay National Park. Based in the Town of Gawler, approximately 40 minutes from Adelaide. We have members from many surrounding towns including Gawler, Willaston and from the Light Regional Area as well as from the Barossa. We are a small club, with around 28 members, and we enjoy camping, four wheel driving and spending time in the great outdoors. We have as members young couples, couples with children, older couples and singles. Our trips range from single day outings, weekends and sometimes trips of up to 14 days. We are a friendly and very easy-going bunch of people. Meetings are the second Friday of the month (Exceptions: When a Public Holiday Weekend, then the First Friday of the Month and January when there is no Meeting) at the Gawler Elderly Centre, Fourteenth Street Gawler South SA 5118 commencing 7.30pm. The club was founded in 1979 with the main aim of providing a common meeting place for individuals and families with similar interests in four wheel driving and associated activities. The Northern Four Wheel Drive Club of SA Inc was formed in October 2001 by like-minded people to "provide a common meeting place for people with similar interests in four wheel driving". Our club offers membership to a wide range of 4wd driving skills from beginners to the more advanced and we also encourage any make or model four wheel drives. The Club provides day, weekend, long weekend and extended 4wd trips lead by experienced members and some extra activities include bush walking, photography, fossicking, fishing, camping and of course four wheel driving.
