Lanterns on
the Lagoon features a sculpture competition, the sculptures being created from recycled and natural materials. The sculptures are displayed in Pioneer Park by the Tumut River, and the magnificent trees and beautiful lagoon provide a serene backdrop for the works of art. During the evening the sculptures are enhanced by solar lighting giving them another dimension.
Children’s activities, drumming workshops and inspiring musical performances enhance the evening all at no cost to the public… and a variety of gourmet food and drink stalls available.
The Event takes place from 12pm to 9.30pm
