Both cost a fortune to run, both would suck to get parts for, or even find people out of main cities that could service them or work on them.

Well for the F-250 they are sold by Ford Australia like any other vehicle imported by a dealer such as Landcruisers, Patrols, Rodeos etc etc. These have the backup of Ford dealers around the country.

Chevs are sold by importers with no backup of any kind except for where you bought it from. Very few around compared to the F-250.

Even if the Chev is a better vehicle ??? I would stick with the Ford just for the reasons above.
