Hi Jbarber, I have used most of those batteries over the years without any hassles, just get the one that is most suitable for your requirements and pocket. the century ones I used to use in my truck in tandem, and the delco marine I still use in my boat and I don't have any issues with either brand. good luck

I went to cat batteries for my car 6 years ago. had cat for starting and another type for second for fridge and camp lights.
cat one was still good after 5 years but when the second one died I put in 2 cat ones.
when the boat ones come up for replacing ill definatly go cat without hesitation.
from memory they were about $150 each.

Check the cca requirement of your engine. Some are very high and the deeper cycle batteries won't make it to the start line. Another thumbs up for the century marine pros.
My 135 optimax needed 1000mca - 800cca as an example.

I have 2 of the Century Marine Pro 720's in my ute and slideon camper. 100 amp each and considerably cheaper than other Deep Cycle options. Both have lasted 3 years and still going strong with the help of a Redarc BCDC battery system. Best run I have had out of ancilliary batteries.

The Marine Pro 720 is an excellent battery but it has been superseded by the Marine Pro 730 which is a better battery.
