Beach conditions can vary considerably depending on the time of year. Make sure you have a tide chart and keep at the top of the beach on the track, as its easy to get bogged once you get off the track. Keep out of the shellgrit as it is VERY easy to get bogged there. Most of the time the beach is OK if you let your
tyres right down, but expect to get bogged occasionably, sp make sure you have your
recovery gear handy. It is a very good idea to travel in tandem if you can. PS The
fishing is great fun, but the amount of drag and weed make actually catching something a bit unlikely much of the time.
