I was given a seat cover that has built in air bags, heater and massager. You can inflate to suit you needs. Just plug it into the cig socket.
It was bought from a 4x4 store.

The pick of the inflatable seat cushions would be Airhawk.

Seat Cushions

Most long distance truck drivers that need some extra support swear by these.

We had a pair of pneumatic lumbar supports fitted to our 80 series wagon.......made the front seats much more comfortable.

Can't remember most of it.

I have an Airhawk seat cushion on my Harley. I have a 2008 Fatboy cruiser. Its reasonably good doing long trips. It is just so much easier on the bum with the Airhawk. Mate of mine borrowed it to do a recent 9000klm run. Said he wouldn't have been able to do it with the Airhawk. His seat was rather skinny. The seat only requires a couple of pound air inflation. I have had mine for about 3 years and it has no signs of wear. Would be ideal as a softer ride in a 4wd or any vehicle with less than adequate seating. Buy the largest size they have.
cheers

I have a Ford Ranger 2012, and found that I had pains in the legs. Purchased an Air hawk pump up cushion perfect, no more pains. When my wife was in a wheelchair she had a Roho air cushion [same brand as Airhawk].
