Ayres Rock Camping Ground

GTee

Thank you to all who answered my request for the phone number of the Ayres Rock Camping Ground. The reason I couldn't reach them - using the number I found in a travel atlas of Australia [same as the no. posted by someone on this Forum] was because it was outdated.

The correct no. is -
08 89577001
Ayres Rock Resort Camping Ground
PO Box 46
Yulara Drive
Yulara
0872

Regards, Gary

Hi Lyn,

We'll be there July 13th-16th as well, arriving via GCR from Perth. We hope to do a few trips from there (Ularu, Kings Canyon, etc), then heading down to Adelaide via Coober Pedy for a few days, then home across the Nullabor.

We'll be in a white GU Patrol w/ camper trailer. We have 3 kids (7,9&11). I hope we get to catch up, especially given we're travelling to the same spot from opposite sides of the country.

Regards,
Hugh

It would have been nice to actually meet a 'Forum User'.

Hi Gary and Lyn,
I'll be in Yulara the 6th & 7th July after visiting Simpson Desert(27-29th June), Alice Springs(1st & 2nd July) and Kings Canyon(5th July). Then off to Oodnadatta(9th July), Coober Pedy(10th July) and Lake Eyre. If timing permits would love to meet other forumites out'n'about.
Safe travels,
Alfred (Smithfield NSW)
