This I hope will be a short thread. We are trying to contact
Hamilton Station. I get an internal error with the internet address of www.hamiltonstation.com.au and the phone number in Exploroz
Places page hasn't been answered.
Any one got their internet address or a phone number?
The planning for the Madigan has been finalised and a date (private) has been set. You bloody ripper!!!! Now to make a couple of bookings. Even spoiling ourselves with an ensuited cabin in
Birdsville to wash off the sand. And ordered a curried camel pie!

Places is as listed in white pages, the fact that it rings is a good sign - maybe they are busy?? Web address doesn't work for me either so not sure what issue is there.
Maybe someone knows the secret ...

Haven't tried the email as yet. I have spoken to them before but lost the number. As you got the same result with their site, I would gather their site has and error. No my PC.

I know that friends of ours got
Oodnadatta roadhouse to ring them (
Hamilton Stn) on Sunday when we were there to
check out the Perdika track & they were answering phone but can't help you with number.

Hi Phil, I have made a note on the
Places page that their web site is down at the moment. Their telephone number is working but if they are outside when you ring it maybe not answered. They also have a power problem, if there power is off the phone just rings. Email is a better way of contacting them as they can ring you back when they can. Its a working property and things get hectic at times.

Hi Phil, we are looking at a Madigan trip in 2016. Can you tell me what permits you need other than SA desert parks pass. Do you need a
Hay River permit for the section to the Madigan turn off. Is their a Madigan Permit? I know about the no go Aboriginal sections.

Only got one pass. It's from the central land Council for the Madigan camps 1 to 16. Rang Adfriana Downs on for permission to cross their land for the rest of the Madigan camps. Not going in the SA part of the Simpson so didn't get a deserts pass from SA. Not using the
Hay apart from a small section from 16 to 17. I don't believe a pass is needed for the "lower"
Hay River Track, nor the NT or QLD sections of the Simpson as it's not really in the NP.
If I am wrong no doubt someone will now tell me. Fair enough.
