Good Afternoon .
We read all the questions and have passed them on to our Scientist Hendrik Petrick Apologies as he has been in Beirut and has just returned and is busy preparing a scientific and technical response to the threads and we will send the response shortly.
Excellent questions we appreciate them and thanks for the interest shown.
Kindest Regards

Annalise.

It has been more than two weeks since the original post.

When might you be supplying the long awaited answers to these questions?

The credibility clock is deep into overtime.

The company certainly isn't in a hurry to rush out any proof or responses huh?

I am sure the product works to some extent, but shees the whole thing gets less convincing as the delay excuses roll out.

I do admire and respect your position though Gaynor. You are the only one who seems determined to get a response. Though I guess as the local brand ambassador you are the meat in the sandwich..

This has been an unbelievable trip..... I am pushing hard behind the scenes to the point of angry head butting like I am known to do ... to no avail.

The product works. I have seriously, scarily tested it to the extreme. But even I am losing faith that the company has convincing test results to offer ... and that revelation knocks me.

Boobook - I might have been sponsored bottles of this stuff for 2015 - but I am not bought. If the company does not provide convincing answers by Thursday, they are on notice that I will post the information I have, which they have asked me to withhold, pending a suitable response from them.. which so far is non existent.

On Thursday you will have my post - with no further delay.

Gaynor, I would send you a PM if you were a member.

I know this is none of my business but...

May I suggest that you just publically hand the responsibility of the response back to AQUA SALVEO and inform then that you have done so.

It seems obvious that you were provided with a product as a form of minor sponsorship and you used and supported it. While your opinions are not independent, they certainly appear to be in good faith and true based on your experience. I don't think anyone doubts you or your efforts to assist the brand.

However I think others will agree that you have gone well and beyond what is necessary to stand by the product given their lack of response. It isn't your responsibility to prove if it works or doesn't work. You have brought the issue to the manufacturer who has publically promised, and failed to answer questions for whatever reason.

Actually I have gained respect for you personally out of this episode FWIW.

If I was you however, I would now step out of the discussion and not publish anything that they have asked you to withhold. That may cause other issues for you which you may not want to get into.

May I humbly suggest that as an alternative, you continue to remind the company of their promises and even post to this forum every time you do so as a status report. That way you keep your commitments to all parties, keep your credibility, and hopefully get a response to this forum. If not, you will have done your best and AQUA SALVEO will have failed all by themselves based on their promises on this forum. No one could expect more.

In other words, I think most readers would agree that you're off the hook for responsibility.

Apologies if this is over stepping the mark but It is obvious that you are genuine based on your experience and taking responsibility for a corporation's lack of credibility.

Hi Annalise.

It is now over a month since you promised a response.

Have you found Hendrick yet?

Your multiple failed promises to get responses sure have left Poor ol Gaynor hanging out there. Not to mention that you have taken any credibility she gave your product away.

How can people trust your marketing promises when you can't even keep personal promises?
