There is a severe lack of information here. What door do you have on your van? What is the trouble you are having? What in the lock is breaking?

Some links to identify the lock.

Camec door lock, click on the pictures to enlarge.

ATRV door lock some support downloads at the bottom.

I assume you mean Aussie Traveller when you say Traveller go to their web site and follow their instructions on checking lock fitment if the lock bolts don't have enough clearance the flex in the van can shorten their life also if the door was fitted a little off square the same thing According to Aussie Traveller its a simple fix if that's the problem

We have just had our 3rd Aussie traveller lock repaired by a bloke in Carnarvon.
If you need any advice on these locks contact Steve at Country Time Caravan Repairs,he is a genius with these products and has had a lot of experience fixing them.

Thank you Max and Kevin H for your feedback very much appreciated.
Obviously the so called lack of information did not trouble you two.
