I hope no one is trying to do any deals with Flip n easy. The product I ordered in April this year still hasn't turned up. Threw away $$$$$. Puts me off dealing through the internet again. Looks like the company has folded and maybe dealing under another name ???

Just another scam Les. Money down he drain. Just like to catch up with this scum bag and sort it out so it doesn't happen to anyone else through anything he has on the go.

Boof,
If you paid by Credit Card you may get the money back from the bank by claiming 'Chargeback'. I bought goods from a company who went into liquidation and the bank refunded the amount I had paid in full.

Good Luck,

Sadly enough it was paid straight into their account. I paid it thinking all would be good as the product would be made quicker to suit my needs.

Next time ( I hope there is) try only buying from places that use Paypal. If you don't get the item Paypal will refund the money to you. But there is a time limit for you to make a claim. I think it is something like 43 days. So you have plenty of time. You can also get help from paypal if it is not as described or broken (not by the post) etc.

Another check is to have a look on Google Earth or Google Maps to see if you can see the shop or factory with their name on it.

Don't let this bad experience scare you off.

NEVER give anyone money direct to their bank etc. Use Paypal or a credit card as a "man in the middle".

Forgot this handy bit. I sold something just recently on ebay and actually got the buyers telephone number through eBay. Maybe Paypal has a similar service.

Cheers Phil
I have phone numbers an address (3) . Can't get anyone to reply through emails as well as it is all washed up. Still have a copy of the invoice but I have found a notice of winding up and got the plaintiffs details but they put me through to some dude in Melbourne that put me back to another in Brisbane. No good. I just don't want anyone else to get in the same situation
You r right about paying directly into their bank account. I did this with another company in Perth for a boat loader and had no trouble at all so I thought ok I'll bye a outboard carrier from flip n easy. Can't get one from the Perth mob because they want the outboard onsite first to measure it up, which is a good think.
Boof.

We also have had good customer service through eBay and also paying with Paypal.

Is this the type of thing: http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2055119.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xoutboard+motor+carrier.TRS0&_nkw=outboard+motor+carrier&_sacat=0

Maybe using ebay as an intermederie will add another level of security. I can't remember any issues not being resovled in 5000+ transactions on ebay with three userid's in this household. Either got our money back, very few, or the item replaced free.

Best of luck.

A Google brought up mostly pics (besides links to the defunct website), but didn't have a good look.
It was the boat loading thing I you ordered ?
I'll do a bit more looking tomorrow after work and see what I can find.
Maybe biz names can lead the a name or other such info.
What do you have on them now ?
Previous address, phone #s, owners name ?
Post em up.
