Its called a "3 way fridge". Runs on 240 volt, 12 volt and gas (the latter being the best performer). The earlier ones were just fridges but the latest ones can freeze.
3 ways don't have compressors so rely on lower ambient temps to run well - in high heat levels, they struggle a bit. If yours is an early one, yet runs very well, someone who only traveled in mild to cooler climates might pay a max of $200 in my view. All things being equal, if you want a good performer for warm to hot zones, would pay to buy the latest model. 3 ways are a good option if you don't want a compressor
fridge draining your 12 v battery supply.
