This is what we will be saying in a few years time.
I often wonder if the Netwoks use this as a smoke screen to hide or diffuse other REAL issues.
I would have thought we would have had more carnage on our roads, whereby people are trying to overtake underpowered passenger cars towing overloaded caravans.
I've had my rant........
