Plenty of people do plenty of tracks solo. It all comes down to your own competence, experience and how well set up your wagon is. You'll get all sorts of do's and don'ts here.
Always apply the "what if" factor. Think of all the things that could go wrong and how you would deal with them eg. your bogged to the axle on the side of a sandhill, or you blow a shock, or radio packs it in etc Vehicle maintainance (check everything) before you leave is paramount.
And don't be in a hurry, give yourself plenty of time & take it real easy through the tougher bits.
It would be a great adventure. Good luck.
Remember half the fun of a trip is in the planning - you'll soon no whether you got it right or wrong.
What will you be driving ??
