Hi Gunbud.
I use the Battery to power the camper and the HF radio. I have used deepcycle batteries for many years, but I have found that they are much slower to recharge. We often travel for severals months and rarely stay at powered sites. I found that it was taking up to 6 hours of driving to recharge the deepcycle battery while it takes only about 2 hours to recharge the AGM battery which we charge off the cars alternator. Seval other friends have them and recharge them quickly using the Christie petrol driven alternator in about 2 hours.
The 90AH fits in the second battery carrier of the GU amd the second one sits under the tray.
Either can also be used to start the vehicle
