We have just partaken of a meal out of the Cobb.The first attempt she burnt the B&B pudding but the roast turned out perfectly.She is now in the middle of rectifying the first burnt offering by now baking another b&b pudding just to pacify me.I have been informed that it will take another 30 mins before she lifts the lid of the cooker.

Footloose, i must confess after 35 years of me trying to get him housetrained, he doesn't do much around the house yet. Under pressure will sometimes take a turn at washing up, so long as i let him use heaps of detergent - more fun with bubbles! Says he can cook, so doesn't need to prove it - i can't vouch for that. Just recently will occasionally use a broom for a bit and a few other tricks which it has taken 35 years to learn. Oh yes, he can hang out washing. Nudenut I was referring to the cooking pot, not the cook. Sadly, neither the cook nor the driver come with guarentees. My cook has been crook for 12 months and it's been a revelation just how much she does around the place. Fortunately she's getting a bit better. But she's now taking over my kitchen , washing and housework !! I keep protesting but not very loudly :)))))
