Where Mount PC Fan Chescold

I have searched Archives and cannot find enough info as to where exactly to mount fan(s) in my F400 Chescold. Can some helpful forumite explain position to mount fan. Is there somewhere I access a drawing? Thanks in advance.

I just upgraded my waeco cooler fans. It had one bleep ant 90cm fan (slightly bigger than your computer 80cm fan). I went to Dick Smith (of
all places) as they were the only ones who seemed to have 90cm fans in stock. (I have access to all the computer wholesalers in
Perth, as
well as Altronics and Jacar and no bugger had them!).
Got 2 x 50CFM 3000RPM fans for $20 each. A bit rich but they work REALLY
well. Just angle grinded some of the heat sink off to fit the
second fan in and away we went. I also got a 6 amp Peltier device instead of the 3 amp that came with it and switched that over too.
It's a little more thirsty on the juice now but it cooled down from 25c ambiant to 2 degrees c in just over 4 hours (empty). Which is pretty good for a peltier cooler of 44L capacity. There was actually ice forming on the vents were the internal fan blows over the heatsink. It used to drip cool water (condensation) from there, now it freezes it up! LOL

Buggerred if I can figure how you can fit a 90cm fan in your vehicle let alown a little fridge? I'd imagine you'd hafta grind more than a few fins off to make it fit.
Me, I installed a little 50mm fan driven by a sola panel underneath the fins and it really works. ;-)

No actually I meant cm and I have a 5kva genny on standby for the fans! :-)
What sort of CFM are you getting running your 50mm off solar, sounds like a neat idea. My two fans are drawing about .5 of an amp.

I don't have any specs on the fan, the solar panel is about 4" by 1" and pumps out 1.5v under full sunlight. I haven't measured the amps yet. Kit cost $75 from caravan accessories
shop.
Currently I have it sitting under some old yellow corrugate fibreglass sheeting and it runs nearly all day, you can feel it and its worth 3-5 degrees at same setting.
