Rays sell plastic "camping plates" et al - so does Crazy Clints at about one tenth of the price, but they’re Melamine seconds – just as good. I did once buy one of these "toast 4 slices of bread at the same time" things from Big W - it was crap. So I bent it around a bit and it now makes an excellent toaster for one slice of bread :)

I always carry a big roll of nylon string (about 2mm dia.) from the $2 shop it has all sorts of uses around camp.

I stopped going to camping / caravan /4WD shows quite a while ago - apart from anything else I object to being charged entry money so that people can try and sell me things I don't want.

They were more than likely reject bird driers, like you push the empty bird carcass on them, to dry them out over hot coals, then stuff them, with rats & cats.

Natalie (my wife) actually insisted we get one after camping with the kids and seeing how easily the family camped next to us washed their clothes with one. I reckon that bucket, along with the fridge and the Twine would be items that Natalie would insist be immediately replaced if they busted. Natalie also uses it at home if she wants to soak and wash bibs and baby wash cloths.

Im with you Moggs, why give the guy curry over his product, if you dont like it, well walk away. He might think what you sell in your business is shiiit to, and I'm sure you wouldnt appreciate it if he stood out the front all day yelling bad things about your products. But that is the mentallity of some people on here. Nothing better to do but whinge if it dosnt please some people on here, lets bag them. If you don't like going to shows, dont go! Half the time they are more expensive than in a normal shop anyway, but the only difference is you don't have brain dead people yelling out the front, "his product is shiiit, don't buy it"

I spend hours and hours just thinking and improving my camping experience and I would prefer to encourage others to do the same, NOT just go out and buy somehting some spruker says is good.

Maybe if ANYONE on this site had of mentioned this amazing machine BEFORE the spruker killed the idea for me, it would of got a more interested listener.

It's not my fault the marketing method of this product seems slippery and snake oil like. "Show special offer" & "urgent", "urgent", "urgent"

But wait there's more...

I did say that I enjoyed the dancing and if you can get past most of the crapola it was OKish.

the invention is hardly new, it's been around for ages...why do I like it, it simply has an agitator....and a lid...yes I could get a bucket with a lid, yes I could fill it with water and put it in the back and drive around with it and let the motion was the clothes, actually I've done that....but..this little machine is great, it does wash the clothes...and the kids like doing it....

It's a buyers market nobody forces you to either go to the show or to buy anything when you are there.

I've never felt I had much to learn from a laundry bucket John but in your case I can certainly appreciate it could be an advantage.

I havn't worked for 18 months due to health reasons.
