Yet another camper trailer question

After looking around the show a few months ago at Caulfield Racecourse at people who could do a canvas top slightly customized to fit my trailer I got it down to Cameron Campers and Tru Blu Campers. Both with similar designs and build looked good, 1 was 16oz and 1 12oz canvas in that order.

I was interested in people's experiences with these products.
Is 16oz canvas that much more durable, waterproof, etc?

I was interested in these two also because they didn't seem to charge like a wounded bull for a little custom work.

Thanks in advance,
NickR

Loughma,
Here are the numbers.
Camerons canvas work was 30% dearer but 30% thicker, otherwise nearly on a par, thoughts?
Cameron Campers 03 9744 4422
Tru Blu Campers 03 9772 5935
