Yes the petrol does. They have a double row chain. Not in the diesel. Runs off timing gears. Is yours petrol or diesel?

The 4.2 petrol has a chain that doesn't need replacing until it rattles.

Only the 3 litre petrol GQ has the 100,000km timing belt change.
