Camper Trailer Insurance

Submitted: Wednesday, Dec 04, 2002 at 00:00

Sue

We wish to insure an Aussieswag Camper Trailer. Read forum from Feb.02. Bob - did you insure with MHIA or is anyone else insured with them? RACV was $320 CIL $306 MHIA $142 and sounds good, but has anyone insured with them or had a claim? Any other advice on good company would be appreciated. Need to do this by December 9.
Many thanks. Sue

Sue have you tried GIO? I have always found them to be excellent price wise. Fortunatly never had a claim, but they are big enough so must be ok.

If you find an answer from there, please post it back here!

Also maybe worth a try is TCIS, they do 4wd insurance for club members, which is very reasonably priced...

But as you say its how they pay that counts, and thats one of them things you can ask 1000 people
500 will say company X is good
500 will say company X are bad

Good luck.
