hey sean,
just do an internet
search. plenty of companies doing that sort of thing around
melbourne. might have trouble finding any doing trips this time of year around
melbourne as most of the good(harder) tracks are closed.
if you have no luck and are interested(and anyone else for that matter) come across to bairnsdale and i can take you up to the dargo/high country area that still has tracks open and nothing too difficult. should get to play in some snow as well. easy stuff. also the mitchell river national park is still open as are tracks north of bairnsdale in the state forests.
if your interested let me know. can either do it as day trips out of bairnsdale or you can stay at
dargo.
