Donna Margaret, you can obtain the brake hubs that will suit bigger rims from caravan dealer type
places or trailer parts retailers. Even if you have to replace the axle to acheive the bigger wheels/
tyres it is not expensive. New H/D axle roughly $120.00.
My Jayco penguin (not outback) already had the axle underslung but not turned over. I have bought 16" wheels/
tyres off an outback eagle and I am going to put new axle and spings to lift it, then put a Hyland offroad tow coupling (thanks truckster) UNDER the draw bar so it should be level whenn towing.
The other things to remember when lifting your camper is if you have an annexe you will need to have the bottom of it extended so it reaches the ground, and the step at the door might need to be changed to a double step.
Cheers,
