can relate to the tragedy,
but with who do the lives of these people rest ??????
where does the buck stop?????
With the cowboys who travel from southern states for the 'season' to make a '$' taking the 'punters' into territory that they, as 'tour guides' have minimal experiece with,
OR
with the professional guide who live her and value the lives of people and know that the bush as an extremely dangerous and beautiful place.
Credence should be given to these professionals that they are not in there for the mighty '$', but to share the beauty of what is avaliable in our back yard and and at the rate some of the effin cowboys are going, will not be here much longer.
Before I get shot down in flames - spent time as a Tour Guide, Tour Driver and Tour Coordinator in the
Kimberley and have scars to prove it.
Responsibilty for your guests (sorry - 'punters' -[sic]???) is paramount so why are operators and guides not accredited and licenced the same as any other industries associated with hospitality.
