Waeco or distributor of theirs ?
Think as good will they (
Waeco) could do something for you, if not thats very poor.
I work for a German based company selling premium electrical products, if this complaint was about our products I would certainly help you out, depending on circumstances either repair, fully replace or replace at a heavily reduced rate
Get back on to
Waeco and try again, climb the ladder, ask if they have an official complaints policy, use it if they do - be nice as I'm sure you will :-)
