I found this site on the web called Picture Australia, and thought it is worth letting people know about it's existance, just type in a name ie Simpson Desert / Gelignite Jack Murray / rabbits / 4x4 / or any town or city and see old photo's dating back into our history, There is some amazing shots of the Simpson Desert, I have spent hours just browsing this site. about rabbits check the cart load in page 29 of subject [ rabbits ]

Glad you like it, it sure is good eh, as i said i spent hours on it and a lot to see yet, I spent my school days at Millbrook in the Adelaide hills and of course there is the Millbrook reservoir which covered the old Town of Millbrook [ before my time] and found some very old photo's of the town and surrounding area.

hey i just noticed that a pasted URL now works, much easier eh so you better go and have a look at my outback travelling car of the 60s and when you see the entrance to Ayres Rock I wonder if that is still there or did they knock it over, guess one would have to find the old track .I took the http:// of so i hope it works, if not i'll do it again
