standard viscous hub will do fine.
I have seen them on ebay before. Or you could try a wreckers if you dont want to to shell out the $$ for genuine new.
You can also buy the viscous hub oil from Toyota, most of the time when they cease to function its because oil has leaked etc and they no longer engage properly. Fairly easy to remove...open and refill.
