I have seen them on ebay before. Or you could try a wreckers if you dont want to to shell out the $$ for genuine new.

You can also buy the viscous hub oil from Toyota, most of the time when they cease to function its because oil has leaked etc and they no longer engage properly. Fairly easy to remove...open and refill.

I recally my original lasted about 100,000, bought a Craig-Davis for about 1/3 of the cost of the original. It lasted about 60,000, replaced it, and the second one was still going after about 90,000 when I sold the wagon. Did look at putting in an electric fan, but mounting issues made me ditch that idea.
