Formula Offroad - any one had any experiences with them?

Howdy all,

Anyone had any experiences with Formula Offroad in St Mary's, NSW?

Our panel beater is trying to send us out there for a bullbar modification, and thought I'd ask here what people think of them.

Cheers,

Chump

Chump, they recently supplied me with a replacement bullbar for my Landcruiser (steel "police special"). It looks solid and well made, no problems with it (although I asked for some mods from standard but they got it a little wrong; although in fairness I should have drawn a diagram rather than specified it verbally). If I bend it again I'll go back again, prefer this bar to ARB/TJM etc. Casper

Our family have had two bars builrt by them, one was pretty standard for a Pajero with extra tabs for radio arials. The other was for a hilux that had a two inch suspension lift followed by a two inch body lift on the chassis. Both bars nicely done with no dramas.

I had an alloy roof rack made for my 80 Series which worked very well and then I bought a another one from them for my 100 Seies and I am very happy with that too - very well made and it has survived two trips through the WA deserts ,.

Chump,

I used to work for a large Ford dealership. They used formula offroad regularly for bullbars, cargo barriers and the like - although I've never used them personally, I don't recall ever having problems with them....hope this helps....

Cheers

The trouble with travelling back later on is that you can never repeat the same experience.
