I shall not smoke

I shall not drink

I shall not speed

I will buy a more fuel efficient vehicle

i will not stay out late at night

I will be more understanding to my wife

I will assist my wife not only when she askes , but ahead of when she asks

I will sell all those un necessary toys I have , so my wife can spend it wisely
