A cuppla questions....Is the table to big? Could a smaller one do the Job? Could the table have the offending piece NEATLY cut off and hinged as per a standard leaf table? Could the table be unscrewed from the support and repositioned by screwing back on in an "adjusted" position? I would reccomend that unless you can do any of this work & give yourself a "professional" finish that you get someone to do it for you, bodgy reworking of bits & pieces in caravans does tend to reduce considerably the resale value.
The "DINE EASY" as suggested in the above post has to be bought direct from the manufacturer, he advertises in the
caravanning mags and makes a very nice device. I have one in the gin palace.
