GU front bar swap

Hi all
i have a nissan GU 1998 2.8ltr Tdi and i'm after some info if anyone can help. i currently have the alloy front bar on now and i'm just wondering how much they are worth and if its worth swapping for a winch bar but with out the winch.

any info would be very greatful

they go for anything between $150-$400 depending on cond and how many are for sale on ebay at the time. If the winch bar is in good nick I would say it would be a fair swap.
