photo download

Can someone please help me with my photo download. My digital camera has produced a photo of 102k & as your system can only receive 50k or less I am having trouble downloading. Not knowing much about this system (or any for that matter) I need to reduce this somehow.
Any ideas.

If I could remember what I did I would help. I managed to get mine down from 750KB but as stated can't exactly remember how. If you use the search engine I think David has given instructions previously

Now that I have figured it out all I need is a better quality photo.
I'll bring one back after Easter. Back to the desert this Easter, can't wait!!!
