Hi Trev,
Can I see any flaws ? Yep, a big one... that is, you going on a big trip when I can't !!! LOL.
You have to be carefull doing what you want to do as
tyres are never the same actual size even though their advertised size is the same.
My 33-12R Buckshots are really only 32", My 35-12R Pro-comps are 35".
The only way to do what you are wanting to do, as I don't know of any websites that you are looking for, is to choose maybe 3 brands of
tyres that you would be happy running on the van then going to the
tyres place and getting the rolling dia. on those particular
tyres and hopefully finding one that's within a couple of mm to your 265's.
Some particular brand websites, ie. Dunlop, Maxxis, Cooper etc, have the rolling dia. of each individual tyre they sell, that may help if you're interested in that brand of tyre, a lot of brands' websites don't have this and you are just gonna have to ring or chat with them I think.
Also, don't take the 804mm for granted if you worked that out mathematically from the advertised size, physically measure them or check Bridgestones website, unless that is of course where you got it from to start with :-))
Cheers
