Sorry if this is a double post

Not long now and things are starting to get sorted have finally got the phone charger and holder fitted GPS in position (working well ... we still fighting each other and i'm doing well coming 2nd ...ggrrrr), got the early water level warning thingie fitted, racks are on to take the side awning when i get it sorted ...pheww need rest.

About to fit the tube under the ute ....... purchased the canvas for my side awning and stuff to make the bag etc etc. will try and get some photos if anyone is interested and costs.

Now if the money fairy arrives as expected and I get the time and find a HF radio will see if I can get it purchased and fitted before I leave (want hold my breath however) have to find one and what brand .... you know the deal ....... I'm leaning towards Codan but what model NO idea just need it simple cause the last thing I need is real techie stuff.

The planning is almost done .... well... the leaving and returning date is set basiclly the rest of the planning is drive, eat, beer, sleep and repeat the former for 33 days. Kinda lashed out on the planning this time :) :)

As big kev said I'M EXCITED South Aussie here I come

Brian, if you need any help with that radio stuff, you can ring my batphone any time and leave a message 040 2803 774.
I'm vaguely aware of the upcoming trip. Checking and replacing oils, filters etc .
No need to panic until the last week, as no camping. Tourist trip means no nav needed. Radios always in car. Just need to find some space for the passenger among the junk that I seem to carry.
Money fairy's sister badly needed here, also LOL
If thinking radios, be sure to join a network well beforehand . Can take a couple of weeks to post back and forward etc.

Have you been looking over my fence for the last few nights. They have been spent in stripping all the goodies out of the Fronteria to put into the New Navara that we pick up in the morning. Only prob is I only have this & one other weekend off before leave on the 29th.
See you in SA at the gathering
