The Kedron caravan boys have done it twice in their videos. The first in 'Free
Camping the Outback' and the latest on the Fraser video. That said, they weren't heir vehicles, just loaners from Csi Fleet Toyota. I have a 120 and haven't put a boat on, rather I am putting it on my CT.
You may want to talk to both Toyota and to a roof rack specialist to see what they have to say. My (limited) understanding is that the 100kg limit may be increased if load shared across the whole roof mounts. This then reducing the load per attachment point to considerably less.
