Hi Seanny,
Not quite what you're looking for, but I have one on my 105 series 1HZ. The fan and pump in mine are mounted in front of the radiator to one side. It's fairly small in comparison to the air to air kind so restriction to airflow over the radiator is much less. I installed mine to reduce exhaust gas temperature, which it appears to have done reasonably well. The only thing I found is that I had to screw the boost right up to overcome the extra resistance in the intercooler - Denco actually provide a high boost actuator for this reason. Can't really say it's given me a whole lot more power, not noticeably anyway.
Cheers

Hi Pyro,
I try to keep below 520 although that is sometimes a pain when going uphill, especially when towing. Usually have to back off or go down a gear. High highest I've been is 550 for a very short time while passing a semi up a hill - couldn't back off so had to keep going. The intercooler has helped but hasn't fixed it altogether. It seems the 1HZ is very prone to high EGT when compared to other engines. I might try backing the fuel off a bit and see if that helps.
Cheers
Gerry
