RAW is the re-branded POWERDOWN shock. I think the powerdown website is still around so they may have some info for you.

Powerdown truck shocks have been sold for many years, they moved into 4WD shocks about 4 years ago and despite quite a bit of advertising seem to be finding it difficult getting a toe-hold in the market.

If the price is similar to other brands then I think they would be O.K. I have previously spoken to a couple of the powerdown engineers and they are certainly very helpful. One of the 4WD magazines did a story on them early last year, can't remember which.
