Hi Everyone,

I have just bought a second hand Tomtom GO 500, but it only came with a 12V car charger.

The guy i bought it from (Cash Converters salesman) reckons i can charge it by using my 240V Motorola mobile phone charger via the USB port on the rear of the unit... Is this true or is he pi$$ing in my pocket?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers, Brad

Hi Shaker,
I have the same model Tom Tom.
Does that mean you could also charge via desktop computer USB cable?
