Hi Robert

The only real option is a unichip, which can be mapped for both
real fuel and gas.

If in Vic try Mark Trouson at dynomotive Bayswater 9762-6500

They did my 4800 (with some help).

The ideal place to ask this question would be on the Patrol forum as there are heaps of threads on there about this.
Just do a search for Chips (no fish)

Onya mate,

I use to work with quite a few Kiwis in shearimg sheds in the South west of WA about 20 years ago, obviously you have found the grass is greener in OZ and many places the grass is non existent but the dirt is very red.
I like your home it looks very similar in size to ours and I can't wait to be back on the road again although this time I will not be living out in Shearing sheds!!!
I will give you a call on your selcall sometime I am setting up our radio at the moment.
We are heading to WA and spending 12 months of next year having a look around -- South in the summer, North in the winter and then back to Adelaide next Christmas 09' and then may just keep on driving (Out to lunch..... Somewhere in OZ, back in 5 years???)
Thanks for the tip about the guy in Vic, I am in Adelaide but Vic is not far to drive.
regards
