Article Overview - Camper Trailer Hire
With the range and quality of camper trailers available for hire, exploring those once hard to get to places is now a reality. View Full Article...
Hi,
Wondering if anyone might be able to assist.
Hubby and I are tent campers and would love to hire a camper trailer for an up coming trip to Ballina in March, as well we plan to buy one of our own in around 5 years - no storage at present. In in the mean time we just drool over magazines and the great variety at the Camping shows. Hubby and family tow a 23foot trailer sailer so no probs on the towing front.

Can anyone recommend a camper trailer hire co. in the Brisbane area that don't mind a well behaved Border Collie tagging along - he has his own bed.

Thanks appreciate your assistance.

What a coincidence .... I have to attend a reunion in Ballina in March.

One camper trailer place that springs to mind is Johnnos. Look on the website here ....

Meant to add, this is my kind of camper. No ladders to and out of bed. Hate the things. When we renovated and raised our house, we had no stairs for several days except for a very, very tall ladder, not my kind of fun, needless to say after the first night I checked into a hotel, till the builder put in some makeshift stairs.
Thanks for replying.

We hired one from Coast 'N Country Camper hire at Victoria Point a few years ago, as I remember they were very reasonable and great to deal with.

Have to agree Brian
We hired one a few years back and found them very good to deal with and the campers were very clean and the camper was decked out with everything you could need.

Hi

Try South East Queensland Campers at Caaboulture http://www.seqcampers.com.au/kimberleyrental.htm these guys hire Kimberley Kampers if that is what you are after. I was going to hire from them but ended up buying one instead.

Rossi

Thats a great website Rossi, very comprehensive info. Not surprised you bought a Kimberley. Very neat looking camper which we shall check out when we decide to buy.

However for this trip I've managed to find a very helpful rental company and have made a booking. Maybe I'll try SEQ Campers next trip.
