I have had a set on for about 4 months.
Yes they are
bright, I measured a useful 700meters illumination down the Cunningham hwy one dark night.
I have 1 spot and 1 spread beam, I think 2 spread beams would be better, would still light up further than 500 m and do both sides of the road as well.
Quality appears OK for the price. Both the spot and spread have a solid coverage with no black voids.
They survived the corrugated
Fraser Island inland road OK but that was only around 20km long, still nothing broke or fell off, unlike the stone protector on my camper.
I can only comment on water proofing from the few really heavy downfalls Ive driven in, so far no leaks but I haven't put them under water in a deep crossing yet, my feelings are they would leak if fully submerged. If deep water crossings are a regular occurrence for you perhaps the Lightforce GTX would be a better choice as they are gortex sealed.
The fitting instructions are reasonable and the wiring loom is fairly good quality but a one size fits nothing affair, nothing insurmountable and easily customised to fit where you want it.
They aren't the top of the range in spots but Ive had other Narvas over the last 8 years and have had no problems with them.
I picked mine up on special for just under $300 and Im happy with them ATM.
Hope this helped.
Pete
