Are you tuning your set for each place you arrive at and as said digital is only in the big centres.
IF your remote has a button for "source" set it to "TV" or analogue.
look at this site
www.accessantennas.com.au/CaravanKit.html
I bought the $539 set but got the inclinemeter with it free, also upgraded to the box that you can timeshift on. With a generic card and postage cost $638 posted to
Alice Springs from
Perth.
The larger the dish the easier to get a signal.
Dont bother with a digital sat finder not worth the extra the ordinary one is fine.
Also these guys include an Optus card which is worth $99 as well.
As long as you dont have heavy tree cover it works really well.
Dont buy a 60cm dish as a guy beside me in
Tennant Creek had one, and even after an hour and a half we could not get a lock on the satellite that has Select TV (Pas8)
I store my dish against the Cargo barrier in a Cruiser so is not a problem. Lots just put them on the bed.
