Strange sign up a tree

Hi All at EOz. Seen this sign teck screwed 5 metres up a tree about 50 km out of Norseman, would like to know if anyone can interpret it or know what it is about. Might say don't take photo ?????

Poor buggers might have been stuck in a tinny for too long in the floods. There is a tree with a sign in English on it at the Wenlock crossing 8mt up. Put there in a flood.
