Isn't it amazing that just anyone CAN drive a vehicle with a caravan
or larger trailer without training.
I did as a young
fella and got into all sorts of trouble before I learned the skills. We have a ginormous Goosekneck horsefloat, and I often tow a tri axle trailer full of cattle or sheep. No quals needed! I personally do have endorsed licence but the point is ANYONE can get behind a wheel of a very difficult set up and drive off.
A worry. ... and good on your sister!

So true Royce
I build boats & I am amassed at how many people buy a 7mtr 3.5ton craft on trailer & have never towed & I think its worse now as so many small vehicles have a large towing capacity working on the fact that the trailers brakes work, Trailer brakes have got better but the average boater does not travel or use it enough to keep them working
