I cannot comment on either models you are thinking about as I have not owned either.
We traveled extensively 'offroad' for the last seven years - all through remote WA in the
Carnarvon Ranges, Little Sandy Desert - Gunbarrel Highways etc - this last saw a grader in 1986 towing a 19' Bushtracker with a 100 Series Cruiser
Had a few problems did two thermostats in the fridge beore I found out how to stop it, A cupboard hinge and a 12v water pump but considering the mileage we have done and the country travelled it is pretty remarkable.
The Bushtracker has a heavy duty version of the Simplicity
suspension - good gear
