I got a 2003 4.8 patrol and was wandering if its normal for the car to turn tighter to the left than to the right.

Same thing happened to me. There are two stop bolts either side of the steering arms. One has come loose, hence the weird turning circle. I had to re-tap the threads due to wear.

An easy fix.

your a legend, checked those bolts and one had come loose. I also noticed that you can see the diference on the ball joints to which one is turning more.
