Hi John. after 10 years perhaps it is time to let the poor thing go to Fridge Heaven and replace it. I took my T V into a repairer and he wanted $25 to look at it and then there was the labour charge and spare parts. I took me just 2 minutes to make the decision to go to D S and pick out a new one. At least it came with a 12 months warranty. R.I.P.

John,

trsut you've tried all the old tricks like turning it upsdie down for a day (turned off) and then trying it again.

I took mine here Eastern Homewares for service. Don't know which side of town you're on. No complaints from me about these guys service.

Cheers Mick

Have headed good things about cool factor fwiw.

They are also extremely busy and generally have a waiting period of up to a month - this was the case when i called them once to try and get some information on our fridge which at the time i was unsure if it was functioning properly (i now know it was).

I was also given the details of a bloke in Mornington however i dont have his number in front of me, if you would like it i will try and locate his information. I did speak to him at the time also, he came across as more of an individual operator - not a big business like cool factor seemed to be with multiple staff, reception, sales, mechanics....

He could have looked at our fridge right away if we had taken it down to his factory...

Travis.
