It sound like a standard off the rack muffin fan.
Almost any fan the same size will work, although I do like the sunon fans
Altronics stock Sunon as do some other electronics suppiers.
Jaycar stock their own brand and they are respectable, but not as nice as the sunon.
Even the local computer
shop may have somthing that will do the job.
Just be carefull, there are a couple of different speeds arround, lots of those used in the computer business have reduced speed compared to the industrial product...this reduces the noise, the airflow and the current drawn.
If its an industrial product it will spin at arround 2800 3000rpm, the computer items may spin at 2000 or 1500rpm.
Lots of the modern fans will be more efficient than the older items, so they may draw less and shift the same air.
I'd strogly recommend a magnetic levitation fan as there are no actual bearings, they are quieter and run longer.
How big is this fan?
