Not really.Back then they had many units on their books for short term lease. The basic rate for them was $45 (0r $55 if they had a harbour view) for bed sitters. For bigger units the cost increased by $20 per bed room.

No matter where you go it is worth checking with the local real estate agents. When talking to our neighbours in the Pambula Beach CP I asked about the ankle biters who kept appearing with them. They said that they did not have then with them, their parents were up on the hill with great views over the ocean in a house that cost half the price of a park cabin - they got it through a local real estate agent.
